Is the founder of Bangkok Global Law, an emerging law firm in Thailand. We offer legal services and advices to companies in Thailand and multinational corporations with a global vision and focus on local action.

Picharn Sukparangsee is a seasoned legal advisor with over three decades of experience guiding multinational corporations, investors, and entrepreneurs through the complexities of doing business in Thailand and across Southeast Asia.

He specializes in corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, securities, banking and finance, taxation, dispute resolution, and international trade and investment. His expertise extends to cross-border structuring, public-private partnerships, and high-profile infrastructure and investment projects.

Picharn holds an LLB from Thammasat University and two LLM degrees from the University of London (King’s College, Taxation Laws) and the University of Warwick (Trade and Investment Laws). He is also a Barrister-at-Law of the Thai Bar Association.

Throughout his career, he has co-founded and led top-tier law firms, advised on large-scale corporate transactions, and represented clients in industries ranging from manufacturing and automotive to logistics, technology, energy, and real estate. He regularly contributes to international legal publications and speaks at regional and global forums on tax, regulatory, and cross-border investment issues.

Picharn is an active member of multiple professional bodies, including the Thai Bar Association, Lawyers Council of Thailand, International Bar Association, International Fiscal Association, and Inter-Pacific Bar Association. He also serves on the legal and tax committees of major international chambers of commerce in Thailand.

Recognized for his pragmatic, solution-driven approach, Picharn is widely regarded as a trusted advisor for companies entering or expanding in the Thai and ASEAN markets.
