Andreina Lusinchi Martínez is a corporate and tax professional advisor. She provides advice to her clients on the various areas of Corporate, Tax and Customs, Inheritances, and National and International Tax Planning, with the vision of providing the expertise of more than 10 years of practice to face the issues associated with complying with the Venezuelan Tax requirements. She is specialized in tax planning and corporate restructuring and in guiding her clients in negotiating, documenting, and structuring the corporate and tax aspects of commercial transactions, including advising on the tax implications of the country’s foreign exchange control regulations.

She is also experienced in tax litigation at the different levels of judicial authorities, including the Supreme Tribunal of Justice and the national Tax Contentious Jurisdiction, as well as in administrative proceedings at the different National, Municipal and Special Contribution tax authorities.

Andreina Lusinchi has participated in several Tax auditing processes, due diligence, and acquisitions. She has provided advice to national and foreign companies of different sectors, such as oil & gas, food, insurance, pharmaceutical, beauty and personal care, airlines, banking, and technology sectors, as well as of the field of manufacture of vehicles, wheels, and spare parts.

Andreina Lusinchi Martínez graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas Venezuela, completed a LLM in Business Tax Advice at the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, Spain, and completed a specialization in Advanced Studies on International Tax Law in the International Center of Professional Update Training – Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Andreina Lusinchi Martínez is a member of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law and a Founding member of the not-for-profit association ProBono Venezuela. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of said association. She is a regular speaker in several forums developed by universities and professional chambers of industry and commerce.
