Davison Kanokanga
Davison has been practicing law for over three decades.
Davison is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe Disciplinary Tribunal. He is a sought-after who during his career has represented many individuals and corporate bodies and, in the process, has contributed immensely to the jurisprudence of Zimbabwe.
Davison has been involved in highly complex and multi-million-dollar arbitration and litigation matters on behalf of clients. He has an extensive professional network within Zimbabwe, SADC as well as internationally. Davison is a torchbearer. He was the first Zimbabwean to become a member of Advocates International as well as the first Zimbabwean to participate and represent his country in the prestigious International Lawyers for Africa (“ILFA”) program where he had a stint with what is now Hogan Lovells in the United Kingdom.
Davison is also an author, Juta & Co one of the leading publishers are in the final stages of publishing his book “Commercial Arbitration in Zimbabwe”. The motivation of the book stems from his practice as both legal counsel and arbitrator in arbitration matters.
