Mrs. Shadae Byfield O’Connor is a Tax Specialist and an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica.

Shadae focuses on providing regional tax services and solutions to small, medium-sized and multinational companies as well as high-net-worth individuals. Shadae provides tax solutions to clients that are engaged in complex transactions and provides tax representation in Jamaica.

Shadae also conducts transfer pricing studies and provides tax and legal advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as lobbying on behalf of clients for changes to the tax legislation. Shadae is known for conducting numerous tax research, which has changed the way in which certain transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities) are treated for tax purposes.
