Rabii El Bacha

Energy and Business Law

Born in Rabat (Morocco) in 1996, El Bacha Rabii holds a Bachelor of International Business and administration (BIBA) from Montpellier Business School and a Master II in Business Law at Mohammed V University in Rabat. He worked as an assistant in the control department then international project manager within the product manufacturing leader chemicals in Germany at Hüttenes-Albertus Chemische Werke GmbH in Düsseldorf and within its French subsidiary in Pont-Sainte Maxence. He is currently an external collaborator for the German international firm Korte Law (https://korte-law.com/de/) the first one established in Morocco.

He is the author of various articles of Moroccan-German comparative law (civil law, company law, competition law) and is a member of the Circle of Experts (L’Economiste). His experience within German structures in Morocco enabled him to contribute to the development of Moroccan-German relations, particularly in the energy efficiency sector. He has also been a volunteer for the Euro-Mediterranean Arab Association EMA e.V (Berlin) and has participated in various German-speaking events related to corporate social responsibility and professional integration in Germany (Goethe Institut, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung) and also in several university conferences.
